Cancellation policy

To receive a fully refund, travelers may cancel up to 7 days before the experience start time in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period.

Payment Info

After we contact the Customer to confirm his booking, we will take 50 % of the booking amount in Cairo in cash only, and the other 50 % will be paid by the customer in Aswan to our representative upon arrival to the cruise

3 -Please check the banknotes before handing them to the representative that they do not contain damage or tearing or written on them with ink because we will not accept them

4- If the Customer would like to take a flight Trip it will be his personal responsibility

6- All tours are shared with groups, if the Customer Would Like to do all the tours privately, he will pay an additional 200$ inclusive of all tours
